Meet King Noreat.

I came across *mistytang's work by pure chance some time ago (groups are so good for constantly discovering awesome artists) and fell in love with her art as well as the story her strips illustrate (much love to ~GrimReapette as well for all those wonderful chapters). While I do like King Zephyr, Noreat -- the vertically-challenged young king who always brings the word "peacock" to my mind -- immediately captured my attention. With a suspicious smile constantly plastered on his face and his love of make-up and fancy clothes, how could I resist him? I had tons of fun with the eye make-up (all I knew when I started the sketch yesterday was that I wanted red all around his eyes, and then I just built from that, using several of *mistytang's strips as ref)
